How to load the ECF Grading List published to all ECF Grading Officers into TDW
This shows how ECF Graders can load the ECF Grading Master list into Tournament Director for Windows, so that the system has the complete list of ECF Players and their latest grades.
How to load the ECF Grading List from the ECF Website
If you are not an ECF Grading office and so don't have access to the ECF Grading list published to the ECF Grading officers, you can download the grading list from the ECF Website and load this into TDW instead.
How to download and load the FIDE Rating list into TDW
This shows how to download and load the FIDE Rating list into Tournament Director for Windows, so that the system will have the complete list of FIDE Players and their latest Ratings
How to match up your players with players on the ECF Grading and/or FIDE Rating list
Once the ECF Grading List or FIDE Rating list has been loaded, the Bulk Match facility can be used to match up your players with the players on the ECF Grading or FIDE Rating list so ensure that the correct details are included on all players.

Results Service
The Tournament Results Service allows you to publish tournaments results directly to the internet. The Results Service automatically creates web pages for each round and a final cross table. Anyone is welcome to submit their tournament to the results service for free!
