I am based in England and have been involed in junior chess for more than a decade. Tournament Director for Windows was initially developed based on the English Chess Federations rules and regulations. It has been expanded to support FIDE Rating and is currently being extended to support FIDE Pairing rules. Listed below are the links to the home nations.
