Printing

Provides access to all the prints on the system. The majority of the prints are only available when a tournament is open.

The following print is always available:

• Name & Address List
  A list of all the contacts, players based on a limited set o selection criteria. The order in which the players can be reported can be selected.

The following prints are available when a tournament is open:

• Name & Address list
• Player List
• Pairing and Results
• Results List
• Cross Table
• Pairing cards
• Wall charts

Each report has a set of additional options that can be used to tailor the report to your specific requirements. See Print dialogue for more details.

A Preview of all prints is provided so that you can verify the report before it is printed.

Name & Address List

A list of all players on the system or all those in the current tournament. The order in which the players can be reported can be selected.

Player list

A list of all players in a tournament. The sequence can be selected.

Pairing & Results list

The pairings and results (if they have been entered) for a specific round.

Results list

Display a list of the players in the tournament in descending score order. The results can be further ordered based on the the selected tie break method.

Cross table

A standard chess cross table, showing who has played who, results, score, and current performance grade. Display as at the current round. Some ordering and detail options are available.

Pairing cards

Print of pairing cards for a tournament. The cards are printed 4 per A4 sheet of paper. Additional details can be printed as required.

Wall chart

The details of players which can be used to stick on a TCS wall chart. Additional details can be included.
