The pick dialogue is used to allows you to search and select from particular lists. It is used for lists of various sorts (eg BCF Grading List, FIDE Rating List), but it always functions in the same way. The Find combo box provides you with a list of fields that can be search on. The condition allows you to enter a value or a complex condition (as on the Search dialogue), to identify potential matches. Once Find button is pressed the list displays a list of potential matches. The Pick will then 'pick' the selected item on the list and use the details on the calling dialogue. The list is the provides the standard list functionality, including selecting columns to display, sizing columns and the full complex search criteria if required.
