How to report a problem

In order to effectively resolve issues, it is important to obtain as much information about the problem as possible. So, when reporting errors please supply as much detail as you can. In particular:

  • State what the problem is (be as descriptive as possible, include a screen print if an error message is displayed).
     
  • Explain exactly what you were doing when the problem occurred.
     
  • Use Help->Diagnostics and create the diagnostics.rtf file
     
  • Find all the '.log' files in the data folder
     
  • Use my email contact details to send all the information to me.

The problems will be investigated, and where possible a fix will be identified. If it is difficult to find the problem, you may be contacted for more information.
